The aim of this research is identify the concept of Archive indexing , documents and trimming, and to show the extent of the need for reference by users of researchers and scholars, because it becomes historical sources of historical information for each country, However the lack of Archives indexing and documents professionals, is an impediment to this process and this is due the countries lack of interest in issuing laws and legislation, that protect Archives from loss and neglect.
