The objective of this study is to present and analyze the problem of place identity of slums dwellers applied to kilo 2 area in Ismailia city. Such an area represents a real danger for canal and Sinai region from the social and security points of view, according to the reports issued by slums development fund and general mobilization and statistics central organization . the uses the tools of observation , meetings and arguments ,and applies some social theories in order to present a qualitative and a quantitative analysis of the problem.
