This research deals with an analytical descriptive study of an important social phenomenon in the Ottoman ear, the celebrations of the birth and circumcision of the children of the ottoman sultans, and the attendees of these celebrations of pre-preparations and tradition followed by many manifestations extravagance, which had a bad impact on the stat's finances ,and also demonstrated the community in different classes to attend and participate in these celebrations , light sources available .
