The study investigated the relationship between cultural awareness and the self-efficacy of the educational counselors. Two tools were used: the cultural awareness scale and the self-efficacy scale. The study sample consisted of 249 educational counselors in secondary education. The results showed that the educational counselors (male and female) have cultural awareness and the self-efficacy. And there are significant differences in self-efficacy in favor of males, and that there is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and cultural awareness, and that cultural awareness and gender predicted to self-efficacy.
