Random accommodation is one of the most important problems that many developing – countries suffered from .The canes and the result were differed . Because of increasing this problem and its results through the last years in Iraq especially in Baghdad, it became more important case to study which needs perfect solutions to prevent its spread and to treat the negative results. The random societies sufferers from many problems, the bad reality which makes the urban environment exposes to real danger like. Pollution the pressure on the services , diseases spread and corrupted ethical.
In addition to that it effects on the basic future designs as well as it leads to real disturbance in development plans and future housing plans since it is a phenomenon largely spread and distinctive Opposite to that there isn't any previous basic solutions for this problem which all municipality units suffer in Baghdad city with different areas.
