The texts have economic content as barley and animals are delivered to a number of people. In the first and second texts, the term (Bili - Bani) appeared, which means 'He is my God and Creator,' and it is one of the known names in the Akkadian language. The first part (Bili) means 'my Lord' or 'my God,' while the second part (Bani) came to mean 'my Creator.' It appears that he is an important figure and holds a place, as he appeared in several texts, including the texts of the cities of Nippur and Diyala. The Neo-Sumerian period includes two dynasties: the Third Dynasty of Ur (2114-2004 BC) and the Second Dynasty of Lagash, which emerged during the Gutian occupation (the Dark Period). Among its most famous kings was King Gudea, the shepherd prince, and its founder, Ur-Nanshe. The state of Lagash included many of its cities. (Kramer, 1963
