The aim of this study is to examine the extent to which the Egyptian-German Water Pipeline Company in Beni Suef applies to social responsibility programs and activities in various fields (towards the community, the environment, customers and employees), and the impact on the organization's industrial reputation and stability, On the reasons for the factory's practice of social responsibility programs, and on the relative importance of social responsibility programs towards employees compared to other areas of social responsibility. The objectives of this study are to attempt to answer a key question: (Egyptian-German Water Pipeline) by applying social responsibility programs, what are the most important reasons for the implementation of the CSR programs from the workers' point of view, and how well they are aware of the areas of social responsibility for the community, the environment, employees and customers, and how does this affect organizational performance? The following sub-questions:
1. What is the degree of commitment of the Egyptian German Water Pipes Company to implementing social responsibility programs?
2. What is the degree of commitment of the Egyptian-German Water Pipe Company to the areas of social responsibility (towards the community, the environment, the workers and the customers) from the employees' point of view?
3. What is the relative importance of the degree of hemorrhoids (Egyptian German Water Pipes) with social responsibility programs towards workers, as compared to other areas of social responsibility?
4. What are the main reasons for the practice or application of the Egyptian-German water pipes project for social responsibility programs, from the point of view of employees?
5- Is there a relationship between the practice of the Egyptian Egyptian Water Pipe Company and the programs of social responsibility and organizational performance?
