This study of the Hadith Qudsi: My slave, I fell ill and you did not visit me, aims to shed light on its theological aspects through several perspectives:
First Aspect: Mentioning the denotations used in the hadith, which, in terms of subject matter, relate to theological discussions.
Second Aspect: Theological issues mentioned in the hadith and their general interpretation. Explaining them according to the methodology of Ahl al-Sunnahwa al-Jama'ah.
Third Aspect: Deriving universal rules for a close understanding of the hadit, and trying to apply them to the components of the hadith, while providing applications of these rules from scholars' books.
The researcher reached several conclusions including: The Hadiths related to the attributes of Allah contain mutashbih (ambiguous) and muhkam (clear) texts. And al-Taw'il (interpretive elucidation) is a valid approach for correctly understanding the mutashabih texts, and it is impossible for there to be a contradiction between definitive texts since they originate from the same source.
