This research addresses the topic of the legal instrument in the expressions of Quranic execution with a morphological, semantic, and applied approach, attempting to reveal the morphological structure of Quranic terms related to the executive action and to clarify the semantic transformations that express the mechanism of the action and its objectives within the legal context. The terms "legal instrument" in this context refer to words mentioned in the Holy Quran that indicate tangible material tools used in legislative, judicial, or executive contexts, such as the balance, iron, pen, and book—that is, tools that contribute to achieving, documenting, or enforcing the legal act. The study adopted an analytical inductive methodology based on tracing the terms in light of morphological rules and their connection to syntactic and semantic structures, while demonstrating the relationship between the linguistic instrument and the legislative function in the Quranic text.
The analysis revealed that the terms for legal instruments in the Holy Quran are subject to a precise linguistic system that considers accuracy in performance and function, confirming the integration of morphological, semantic, and legislative formulation in the construction of the Quranic text. The study also showed that the morphological patterns were not neutral but represented semantic mediators that determine the direction, source, and purpose of the action, reflecting the harmony of the linguistic structure with the legislative intent.
