The topic of This chapter, Monotheism of Existence from the Perspective of Afif El-Din Al-Tilmisani, is imperative, Al-Tilmisani has not been thoroughly studied or analyzed and has been neglected by researchers for centuries. Therefore, the significance of this thesis for researchers of Islamic Sufism lies in the fact that it is the first study focusing on his concept of Monotheism of Existence.
I attempt to examine it by focusing on the main research question:
Is Al-Tilmisani s concept of unity related to monotheism of existence or monotheism of witness or absolute monism?
In this thesis, I adopt a comparative, analytical, critical approach .
The conclusion demonstrates the findings of the thesis is:
Al-Tilmisani excelled at reading Al-Nefari and added three Journeys that were not mentioned by Al-Nefari: Journeying to Allah, Journeying from Allah to the people, and Journeying from the existing to existence. This indicates Al-Tilmisani s vast knowledge
