تطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما على إدارة الوثائق الطبية الجارية: دراسة استطلاعية لأراء الإدارة العليا بمستشفيات جامعة المنصورة

The study aimed to know the availability of the requirements of applying the Six Sigma Continuous Improvement Methodology in Mansoura University Hospitals for applying at the medical archive from the point of view of senior management to benefit from reducing errors during administrative and daily work. This results in providing excellent service to patients receiving service in a timely manner. The study found that the administrative requirements ranked first with an average of (2.6) and the second and third rank where the technical, technical and financial requirements were equal with an average of (2.8). Finally, the requirements Human population with an arithmetic mean (2.93). The overall mean of all requirements was 2.78, indicating that the requirements were met moderately in the period (2.60: 3.39), which means that the application and availability of the necessary ingredients are well aware that there are many challenges but can be overcome.
