The study aimed to find the relationship between irrational thoughts and social anxiety and self-orientation in adolescents, and the relational approach was used in both the descriptive and comparative part, and the irrational thoughts scale, the social anxiety scale and the self-orientation list were used, and they were applied to a sample of 90school and university students from Adolescents: The number of males was 45and the number of females was 45, and the study resulted in a positive relationship between irrational thoughts and social anxiety, a negative relationship between irrational thoughts and self-orientation, and a negative relationship between social anxiety and self-orientation, and there were statistically significant differences between early adolescence and middle adolescence And late adolescence on irrational thoughts, and there are statistically significant differences between the three stages of adolescence, early, middle, and late adolescence on the scale of social anxiety, and there are no statistically significant differences between early adolescence, middle adolescence and late adolescence on the scale of self-orientation, and there are no significant differences A statistic between the mean scores of males and females of the adolescent On the scale of irrational thoughts and the scale of social anxiety and self-orientation, and among the recommendations of the study is to hold training courses for psychologists to acquire some techniques that help them to refute irrational thoughts and change them into rational thoughts, alleviate social anxiety, and adjust the attitude towards the self to the positive direction.
