This study aims, through a sample of university students who were intentionally selected (deliberately) and suffer from psychological disorders (social phobia – depression) in the age group of 17 to 22 years, with an average age of (19) and a half years, from practical and theoretical colleges, divided into (50) males and (50) females, using the descriptive comparative approach.
In addition, it also reviews the research and academic heritage of emerging research and studies that deal with artificial intelligence in the field of human Sciences in general, and psychotherapy in particular. What are the motives and reasons that prompted these young people to seek treatment through artificial intelligence rather than through a therapist or psychiatrist? What aspects did this research address? What are the most important results it reached? A critical view of this research and studies thay focus on the phenomenon of artificial intelligence in the future. What are potential challenges facing this profession?
The results showed that among the reasons that prompted these students to seek treatment with artificial intelligence was the fear of social stigma, representing 94% of the total sample. 95% of girls, and 91% of boys. The fear dealing with strangers represented 98% of those with social phobia, with a higher percentage of girls at 100% . Depression also relied on taking antidepressants without consulting a psychiatrist, representing 79% of those who believed that were useless
