The study aims to highlight the impact of political and social changes on the upbringing and education of Chancellor Thomas Wolsey. Chancellor Thomas Wolsey (1473-1530) was a prominent figure in England during the Renaissance, best known as a highly influential cleric and politician. Wolsey was born in Ipswich, England, to a modest family, but rose quickly thanks to his excellent education at Oxford University.
Woolsey began his church career as a junior pastor, but quickly gained his reputation thanks to his intelligence and administrative skills. He entered the service of King Henry VII and influenced his leadership work during his reign. Had it not been for the presence of the two powerful figures Empson and Dudley running the country, Thomas Wolsey would have been the leader in leading the country.
Then he moved to serve his son, King Henry VIII. Thanks to his ingenuity, Wolsey became an advisor to the king and soon attained high positions, including Archbishop of York and High Chancellor of England.
