"دراسة مقارنة حول صعوبات تعليم مادة التربية الإسلامية بين طلبة المدارس الحكومية والأهلية في المرحلة الإعدادية من وجهة نظر المدرسين"

هدف البحث التعرف على صعوبات تعليم مادة التربية الإسلامية لطلبة المرحلة الإعدادية في المدراس الحكومية والأهلية واعتمدت الباحثة منهجاً بحثياً وصفيا وشملت العينة (100) مدرس لمادة التربية الاسلامية(60) مدرس في المدارس الحكومية و(40) مدرس في المدارس الاهلية التابعة لمديرية تربية الكرخ وتم تصميم استبانة من خمس مجالات من(20) فقرة وبينت نتائج البحث وجود مستوى مرتفع من الصعوبات في المدارس الحكومية ومستوى مرتفع من الصعوبات في المدارس الاهلية وعدم وجود فروق في مستوى صعوبات تعليم مادة التربية الإسلامية للمرحلة الإعدادية بين المدارس الحكومية والاهليةيعد المعلم الركيزة الأساسية في العملية التعليمية فالمعلم هو محور العمل التجديدي وأجرى روبرتس ودايرRoberts&Dayre) دراسة تبرز أن من صفات المعلم تشجيع الطلبة وإرشادهم والاهتمام بهم وتحسين سلوكياتهم وتلبية حاجاتهم والتواصل الحسن مع الطلبة وأولياء الأمور وتحسين ثقتهم بأنفسه(النسور، 2021:91)
إن معلم التربية الإسلامية له الأثر القوي الإيجابي في تنمية اتجاهات المتعلمين الدينية إذ أن الدراسات التربوية أكدت نتائجها على أن المتعلمين يتأثرون بمتعلميهم وينبغي أن يكون تهذيب المعلم لطلابه وتربيته تربية دينية (اسماعيل،2021 :59

The aim of the research is to identify the difficulties of teaching islamic education to students in the preparatory stage in government and private schools. The researcher adopted a descriptive research approach and the sample included (100) islamic education teachers, (40) teachers in government schools and (60) teachers in private schools. A questionnaire was designed from five areas of (20) paragraphs. The results of the research showed high level of difficulties in government schools and an high level of difficulties in government schools and no differences in the level of difficulties of teaching islamic education for the preparatory stage between private and government schools.The teacher is the cornerstone of the educational process. The teacher is the focus of innovative work. Roberts and Dayre conducted a study that highlights the qualities of a teacher: encouraging students, guiding them, caring for them, improving their behavior, meeting their needs, communicating well with students and parents, and improving their self-confidence (Al-Nusour, 2021:91). Learners’ religious attitudes, as educational studies have confirmed the results that learners are influenced by their students, and the teacher’s education and upbringing of his students should be religious education (Ismail, 2021: 59)
