study aimed to identify Jordanian political parties and the results of the 2024 parliamentary elections. The study addressed the importance of Jordanian political parties and the results of the 2024 parliamentary elections. The study also showed the contribution of the political modernization process to the development of the 2022 draft election and political parties laws, and the importance of this in the course of the electoral process and its success.
The study adopted the scientific approach to study the phenomenon using the legal approach, which is one of the most important, oldest and most widely used approaches to scientific research, especially in studying legal phenomena, based on the constitutional and legal conditions in the country. This is evident by reviewing the most important laws and regulations that must be observed by countries regarding political rights, and the extent of their compliance with Jordanian systems, laws and legislation to study the importance of Jordanian political parties and the results of the 2024 parliamentary elections.
The study reached a set of recommendations and results, as the study confirmed that the political modernization process contributed to the development of the draft election and political parties laws for the year 2022, which contributed to preparing the legislative and political environment that guarantees the role of youth and women in public life to achieve elements of justice through the implementation mechanism. The study recommended that new political parties give priority to youth issues, such as education and employment, and work to involve them in decision-making.
