This paper attempts to discuss the concept of grammar in Al-Serafi's works especially in his debate with Matta bin Youns. In addition, this paper discusses the relationship between grammar and logic within some aspects of structure. Moreover, this paper aims to reveal the influence of Al-Serafi on other scholars. This paper relies on analysis and description approach to discover, discuss, and prove the main argument. The most important findings of this paper are the concept of grammar in Al-Serafi's works is based on the accurate of words and their meaning. In other words, the grammatical structure requires accurate words.
