The research sheds light on the reasons and stages of development of Japanese relations towards the Palestinian issue, which intervened and took its position in this Arab-Zionist conflict, and to know what are the elements of change and continuity in Japan's policy of supporting the issue. We will try to show the extent of the impact of this variable on Japan's position from the political and cultural perspective and sending financial and technical aid, as the Japanese did not know the truth of the Palestinian issue until after 1973, when they equated war and peace within the Palestinian territories. They found thousands of dead, wounded and refugees. Cultural cooperation was through Japanese magazines that spoke about the Palestinian cause, the most important of which was (Palestine My Country Magazine). The Palestine Liberation Organization was keen on its success in front of Japanese public opinion. In addition, the seminars and meetings largely reflected the contradictions in the concept of the Zionist occupation and the occupied Palestinian people among the Japanese people. The Japanese government's recognition of the Palestine Liberation Organization represented the beginning of adopting the concepts of the Palestinian cause among political entities, and it cast its shadow on the political and cultural scene in Japan to this day
