Abstract

The study is aimed to identify obstacles of taking the women leadership positions in Libyan administrative body (2016), the study based on systematic description to describe the phenomenon and the size of sample worth (360) individuals of female workers in department of education and health and social assurance in Sebha city in Libya, the study found many results the most importance is the high of educational level and provide the youth element and experience to workers women in work to have not  obstacles of takingleadership positions in work, and through the  scale of takingleadership positions and showed that the most obstacles of taking administrative leadership positions in work back for personal reasons through men disagree to take order from women by (31.9%), the following is organizational reasons of non-provide of experience element by (45%).
