The current study seeks to identifying the positive and negative effects of women's work in the medical field on their family roles in the Saudi society and the basic concepts of this study; women's work, the family and role's conflict.
This study is considered one of the descriptive and analysis image the case to the social reflections of women's work on their family roles this is based on random sample contains (100) of workers in Riyadh hospitals, by using the questionnaire as a tool to collect the data.
The study has reached some results as, the medical field is one of the fields that receive high appreciation the Saudi society and women tend to work in this field and there are positive and negative reflections of women's work in the medical field on their family roles in the Saudi society.
