The first Saudi state was established the moment Imam Muhammad bin Saud came to power in Diriyah in the year 1139 AH / 1727 AD. However, it went through a major historical turning point following the historic pact that Imam Muhammad Saud concluded with Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab in the year 1157 AH / 1747 AD. This pact was formed on the eve of its establishment. An effective and influential historical context in most regions of the Arabian Peninsula, whether in the political or religious field, overlapping with its predecessor. To the extent that this charter contributed to the expansion of the influence of the first Saudi state over wide areas of the Arabian Peninsula, and then what resulted from it in the formation of a historical right that legitimized the establishment of the second Saudi state, and the King Abdulaziz project that followed it, it - that is, this charter - also contributed to Forming a historical expansion and continuity of the religious field that complies with and adopts the ideas and principles of the call of Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab, as this religious field was proceeding parallel and in a historical manner with Saudi history.
