Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.
Islamic law has guaranteed the rights of animals and excelled over everything that modern regimes decided, as it provided an animal to sponsor what the organizations in the world are often doing. The legal texts in the Holy Quran and the Prophet’s Sunnah are very rich in their interest in the animal and what relates to it, so we find the philosophy of Islam for the animal as a living being God Almighty created him and gave him his values and teachings firmly in dealing with him, so it is not permissible to misuse anything from God's creatures. The mercy of the animal is one of the most wonderful things that Islam brought, and it exceeds many aspects of compassion and kindness in the animal.
Among the manifestations of this mercy is that Islam forbade insulting the animal, cruelty to it and torturing it in any way, and the hadith of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the woman who entered the fire in a jar because of her imprisonment is clear and famous. Imam Al -Bukhari narrated in his Sahih on the authority of Abdullah bin Omar, may God be pleased with them, saying the prayers and peace of God be upon him: I tortured a woman in a jar of her imprisonment until she died, and she entered the fire in it, neither she fed her nor her water when she locked her,
