This study examines the Hellenistic era sites in the land of Kuwait, where numerous ceramic and bronze lamps have been discovered, which are now displayed in the Kuwait National Museum. The study also discusses the linguistic meaning of the word "lamp" and clarifies its definition as it appears in Arabic and other languages. Additionally, the study highlights the different types of lamps in general, as well as the specific types of Hellenistic lamps found in the Kuwait National Museum, covering their quantity, historical development, and the materials used in them.
