This study examines the stylistic features that characterized the critical language of the great critic (Abbas Mahmoud Al-Akkad), according to the textual stylistic and personal style, the text of the critical Akkad has structural characteristics, which makes it a special kind of literature; The specificity of the language of Akkad, although the extent of his work in the basis of literary criticism, and the sentence to be described in this study are: Monitoring and diagnosis of the method of critical writing when Akkad in his book tagged (Abu Nawas Hassan bin Hani), The language of literary criticism, although closer to the language of science than to the language of literature, but the critic creator of his language, which should form its literary text, which is critically studied; ? When the answer is available, it can be said that the research presented his main hypothesis, namely that the critical language of Akkad - in his book subject of study - stylistic characteristics of the award granted by its own stylistic identity.
