This study aims to investigating the effect of considering the recipient while structuring the sentence in syntax, and clarifying the importance of that in the works of Sibawayhi. It also aims to show the repercussions which occur in the sentence when the writer considers the recipient. The researcher will apply the deductive analytical approach on the relevant texts in Sibawayhi’s book al-Kitab which is considered to be the main source in conceiving the Arabic syntax and illustrating its purposes which are connected to meaning and semantic
