The study aimed to identify the role of civil society organizations in spreading the culture of human rights, and launched the study from being a descriptive study, the study relied on the descriptive method, used in-depth interview guide, the study found that the actual role of the Organization in supporting / spreading the culture of civil and political rights in Egypt shows that there are multiple roles carried out by human rights organizations to address the violation of that claim to stop the decision to close the human rights centers and stop the harassment policy for human rights defenders appearances, turns out to highlight the means to be used by human rights organizations, represented the highest percentage of the means to use seminars and educational lectures, It turned out that one of the most challenges faced by these organizations is the lack of visibility of the organization, as represented government and community obstacles facing the organization in the government's involvement in the work of associations and institutions, and to meet these challenges show the need to deepen the institutionalization of human rights organizations and the prioritization of organizations including its strategy and programs, and to ensure Ali internal democracy to these organizations and to confirm the principle of transparency for activity programs and funding .
