TheSexual slavery crimes Sexual Abuse are considered as old and new crimes .
These kinds of violence are practiced against women and children and sometimes against men too .It is lawfully forbidden .It is considered as crimes against humanity .That is because of the results of the study of the unsafe results of the surrounding, because of weakness of low and spread of terrorism whether they are direct or indirect sequeces for the increase of struggles and interior disputes as it was fixed by the study. The importance of this study is to shed alight upon an important side on the organized crimes which are spread in our society which was free from it. The addition of the theory which is sustained on analytic program , descriptive and amount to the problem in the field of sociology . criminal law and international law,As it documents some of the crimes of slavery and sexual violence perpetrated against Iraqi women in the period between 3003-2016. The aims are the way of dealing with the nature of these crimes ,its types, the causes of its spread and treatment according to the legal statements ,its psychological and health extent on its victims, the ways of repeating their incerting them again in the society.
