حقوق الطفل وعلاقتها بالحد من عمالة الأطفال "دراسة ميدانية مطبقة على مدينة الحرفيين"

تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية والتي تمکن الباحث من دراسة الواقع بشکل دقيق للغاية، وذلک بهدف تحديد صورة کاملة عن الخصائص الاجتماعية للأطفال العاملين، وتحديد أهم الاحتياجات التي تنقص الطفل العامل، وکذلک تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين عمالة الأطفال وتدنى حقهم في تنمية قدراتهم ومهاراتهم، وتحليل العلاقة يبن الخصائص الاجتماعية للطفل العامل وانتشار ظاهره عمالة الأطفال، وتنتهج الدراسة الحالية منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للأطفال العاملين بمدينة الحرفين من هم دون سن الثامنة عشر، واعتمدت الدراسة في جمع بياناتها على أداة استبار طبقت على عينة عشوائية من الأطفال العاملين بمجتمع الدراسة وبلغ حجم العينة العشوائية من الأطفال(67) مفردة، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: إن غالبية الأطفال العاملين تنقصهم الاحتياجات الخاصة بالرعاية الأسرية، کذلک افتقادهم للرعاية المادية والصحية والترفيه، کما يفتقدون الرعاية التعليمية والثقافية، کذلک أکدت نتائج تحليل العلاقة بين الخصائص الاجتماعية للأطفال العاملين وظاهرة عمالة الطفل على وجود علاقة جوهرية طردية دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى معنوية (0.05<α) بين حجم الأسرة للطفل العامل وخروج الطفل للعمل، کما توجد علاقة جوهرية عکسية دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى معنوية (0.05<α) بين طبيعة العلاقة بين الأبوين وخروج الطفل للعمل، وکذلک بين مستوى دخل الأسرة وخروج الطفل للعمل، وکانت أهم توصيات الدراسة: وضع مجموعة من التدابير الوقائية کإجراء فعال لإنشاء برامج اجتماعية لتوفير الدعم اللازم للحد من حالات إساءة معاملة الطفل، وإنشاء برامج رعاية صحية لوضع جميع الأطفال تحت مظلة التأمين الصحي، ومساعدة الأسر ذات المستوى المنخفض اقتصاديا من خلال برامج الحماية الاجتماعية للحد من عمالة أطفال هذه الأسر.

This study is based on the pattern of analytical descriptive studies that measure the relationship between two independent variable variables, the rights of the child and a dependent variable, child labor, with the aim of determining a complete picture of the social characteristics of the children working in the study community. Child labor, the development of a forward-looking vision to reduce child labor and the preservation of their rights within society. The current study is based on the sample social survey method for children working in the city of Al-Hrafain under the age of 18 years. The most important findings of the study were that the majority of working children lack the needs of family caregivers physical care, health and recreation, and lack of care. The results of the analysis of the relationship between the social characteristics of working children and the child labor phenomenon were confirmed by the existence of a significant positive correlation between the family size of the working child and the child's exit to work. (0.05) between the nature of the relationship between parents and the exit of the child to work, as well as between the level of household income and the exit of the child to work. The most important recommendations of the study were a set of preventive measures as an effective measure to establish social programs to provide the necessary support to reduce cases child abuse, establishment of health care programs for the placement of all children under the umbrella of health insurance, assistance to low-level economic families through social protection programs to reduce the child labor of these families.
