It included two topics, the first topic included the definition of the concept of choice and compulsion, and the definition of Imam Al-Qurtubi, his scientific life, his sheikhs, his students, his writings and his death, and the second topic included selected issues from his choices in the book of compulsion. Unjustifiably, he does a job without his consent, and the Imam Al-Qurtubi is Muhammad bin Ahmed bin Abi Bakr bin Farah. His nickname: Abu Abdullah, and his lineage: is attributed to Al-Ansari Al-Khazraji Al-Andalusi and then Al-Qurtubi, the second topic: I chose two issues of coercion: The first: coercion to kill Others: Imam Al-Qurtubi believes that the scholars unanimously agree that whoever is forced to kill another is not permissible for him to kill him or violate his sanctity by flogging or otherwise.
