This research paper is concerned with contemporary rereading of Pareto theoretical ideas especially which focused on circulation of Elite, That by studying position a situation of the elite conflict in the Wafd party (2006), that led to a change in composition within the party Elite and led to its revolutionary circulation, The study was based on collecting documentary data and many open interviews.
The study concluded that perhaps classical theories are not suitable to provide full justification for contemporary politics but it is suitable to develop through it appropriate analytical models for different society and time while assuring the need to eliminate the unilateral explanation unilateral and Deterministic explanation,
in which That the changing in the Elite and its revolutionary Circulation in the party has emerged as a product of many variables including the interests and Authority conflict, influenced by political Elites and media.
