The current study seeks to identifying the nature of voluntary work and its role in the society development, and women's contributions through this work to the development of Saudi society.
This study is considered one of the descriptive and analytical studies, to know the voluntary role of the women in Saudi Society development issue, by using the historical, analytical method, and analysis the different sources about this study.
The study has reached some results as: that voluntary sector has been interested to keeping up the vision of national transformation 2030 in the Saudi society, that confirms the role of this sector in the development, beside the important of woman voluntary role through her activities to achieve the development in the Saudi society.
