This paper aims at revealing the relationship between the phonetic compatibility and the inflectional incompatibility that express the syntactic meaning for some of the linguistic issues to find out some of these linguistic phenomena which were expressed by some linguists through expressions that don’t go with the flow of the Arabic language. Some rules were incompatible with the syntactic rules and the heritage in Arabic language and the Holy Quran as well. This is a serious try to reconsider the old linguistic terminology to express these phenomena and find new terminologies which are suitable to the nature of the language. The researcher did questionnaires for different points of views regarding the discussed issues to reach the convenient understanding of the Arabic language.
