The research focuses on making a comparison between the Arabic and Western thoughts, to illustrate the authenticity of the Arabic thought, its Pre-empt and realistic vision which is related with Arabic texts, and to find a legitimate justifications and literary and linguistic analysis.
The paper introduced a definition of "Context of situation" and its importance. The paper discussed and detailed as well the "Context of situation" in the western thoughts. The author elaborated the discussion about the context in the Arabic thoughts by Al-Mofasseren, O’lmaa’ Osol El-fiquh, linguists, Grammarians writers, Rhetoric scholars and Critics. The research reached a conclusion that summarized the points of balances between both thoughts and showed the brightened sides in the Arabic thoughts about "the Context of situation" by its both linguistic and non-linguistic sides.
