The purpose of this study is to identify the main attractions used by online shopping websites to attract the attention of their users and monitor the methods of displaying products on these websites, as well as to identify the interactive methods offered by online shopping websites with the target audience to stay in touch with customers. The study also aims to identify the means of payment provided to users. The study is based on a comparative approach to comparing the most popular online shopping websites in Egypt through a content analysis tool to analyze the form and content of online shopping website
