This Study aims at exploring the phenomenon of extremism and clarifying its Content, causes and repercussions in order to conclude the reliable approaches to address it and the extent of their success.
The problem of this study revolves around finding an answer to the main question, which states: what are the followed strategies to face extremism in the Arab Region?
The study seeks to prove the validity of the hypothesis which states: There is a lack of a clear comprehensive strategy such as specific mechanisms to address the phenomenon of extremism in the Arab Region and that the Standing mechanisms are only partial for focusing on one dimension solely, ignoring the other dimensions In order to verify the validity of the hypothesis and answer the questions of the current study, the descriptive, analytical approach has employed, for it happens to be the most reliable approach for such studies.
