Cartoonist turned to press the language of prominent, after Facebook emergence and spread, where is now one of the most prominent material peruse the reader through the daily newspapers and magazines, as hardly a newspaper or magazine without cartoons. also it became the object of political cartoonists material used for the analysis and interpretation of the situation which is shared by these politicians. The aim of this research is to analyze the cartoonist treatment figures legislative elite to identify the picture painted by cartoonists for this elite, and the nature of the qualities attributed to them fees, and the purpose behind treated her, using scanning the content of the fees in private newspapers through the analysis of 500 cartoons. Among the most important findings of the research is the emergence of the legislative elite figures the number of appearance of 24 times has been the diversity of appearing between the presence actual cartoons or mention personal or her name is phonetic, as research found negative qualities attributed primarily to this elite, and finally the diversity of objectives which cartoonist wants to be connected from behind the handling of the legislative elite figures.
