This research aims at revealing an important cause in the grammatical reasoning according to Sibawayh. The Omission cause used the Indication as a basis for it. The Omission cannot be done unless the meaning is fulfilled. For this process to take place, the omitted item and the compensating item must have the same indication. We observe while reading Sibawayh’s book the striking frequency of the evolving of this cause. Therefore, I determined to study this cause to reveal his dependence on it in interpreting the grammatical structures, declare the importance of this cause in concluding the grammatical and morphological rules on one hand and the grammatical interpretation on the other hand, and the extent of Sibawayh’s concern with the indication in reasoning a lot of the language phenomena which he displayed in his book.
