This is a study in (Deviation by Forwarding and Delay in the Poetry of El Motanabi: Semantic Grammatical Study) which discusses El Motanabi's deviation by forwarding and delay among the elements of the nominal sentence and the elements of the verbal sentence. The study aims at explaining the significance of deviation in El Motanabi's poetry through the context, and showing that El Motanabi's deviation by forwarding and delay is not just a desire out of lack of objective or purpose. It rather has a rhetorical and aesthetic value that aims at the strength of money and beauty of statement. He uses unusual structures, deviates to a new order that achieves his objectives and diverts attention to it, thus showing his distinction from other poets.
