Mechanisms of building up the cognitive capital and their role in supporting the competitive advantage of the University.

Using a descriptive approach, the study tackled the subject of the role of the mechanisms of building up the cognitive capital in supporting the competitive advantage of the University."
After the theoretical framework and through the field study which was conducted on 200 individuals from the staff and the students of higher studies of the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, the study reached the conclusion that: the dimensions of the cognitive capital (polarization, industry and customer care) have a positive impact on achieving the competitive advantage for the organization which is understudy. But this positive relationship did not appear in the two dimensions (activation and province).
