This research in interested in studying the role of empowerment in taking the role of women in Iraqi society forder to help them develop our society .
After enabling them with education and health and opening the labor market in front of them to enter the market with the ability and possibility to equalize their brother in work and its contribution to the development of society and after technological and space .
Space advances and the facilitation of communication and its openness to the world it is necessary for women to be able to cope with these changes
These changes are this global openness , which requires the capabilities of education and mental and mental skills and health and psychological potential for the continuity and its Iraqi community with this development in the world with these enabling capabilities .
Since I am an Iraqi women I am part of this ordeal so I decided to be a party in resolving this issue .
