إسهامات مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي في تعزيز المواطنة لدى الشباب الجامعي الکويتي

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد إسهامات مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي في تعزيز المواطنة لدى الشباب الجامعي، کما تهدف إلى التعرف على أبعاد تعزيز المواطنة لدى الشباب الجامعي الکويتي عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي، کما إستهدفت الدراسة الکشف عن إهم المعوقات التي تحد من إسهامات مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي في تعزيز المواطنة لدى الشباب الجامعي الکويتي، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف إعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الإجتماعي، وإستخدمت الدراسة الإستبانة کأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد إحتوى المقياس على مجموعة من المتغيرات، وقد تم إجراء الصدق والثبات المعتاد على الأداة ، وأدخلت البيانات البرنامج الإحصائي ( SPSS )، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسط العام لمستوى مؤشرات إسهامات مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي في تعزيز المواطنة لدى الشباب الجامعي الکويتي المتمثلة  بـ ( المشارکة، ثم الإتصال، والتفاعل ) جاء مرتفعا، وقد بينت النتائج أيضا أن المتوسط العام لمستوى مؤشرات أبعاد تعزيز المواطنة لدى الشباب الجامعي الکويتي عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي المتمثلة بـ ( الولاء والإنتماء - المساواة - الحقوق والواجبات - المشارکة في العمل الوطني ) جاء مرتفعا، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة طردية دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى معنوية (0.01) بين إسهامات مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي وتعزيز المواطنة لدى الشباب الجامعي الکويتي، وقد کشفت النتائج عن وجود مجموعة من المعوقات التي تحد من إسهامات مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي في تعزيز المواطنة لدى الشباب الجامعي الکويتي، والتي تمثلت في : المعوق الأول ضعف ثقافة بعض الشباب الجامعي بالدستور والقانون بمتوسط حسابي (2.68)، أما المعوق الثاني التجاذبات السياسية في مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي يضعف قيم المواطنة لدى الشباب الجامعي بمتوسط حسابي (2.6)، ثم يليه المعوق  الثالث قانون الجرائم الإلکترونية يحد من إبداء الشباب الجامعي لرأيهم في مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي خوفا من المساءلة القانونية بمتوسط حسابي (2.59)، ثم جاء المعوق الرابع إهتمـام الإدارة الجامعية بالعملية التعليمية فقـط  بمتوسط حسابي (2.57) . وخرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات التي تخص تعزيز المواطنة لدى الشباب الجامعي ومدى إسهامات مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي في هذا الشأن .

This study aims at determining the contributions of social media to the promotion of citizenship of university youth . The study also aims at identifying the aspects of promoting the citizenship of the Kuwaiti university youth through social media . The paper also aimed to clarify the obstacles that limit the contributions of social media to the promotion of citizenship of Kuwaiti university youth . In order to achieve these objectives, the study relied on the social survey approach . The study used the questionnaire as information collection tool . The measure included a set of variables , the usual sincerity and consistency have been applied on the tool . The information was entered to the ( SPSS ) software . The results of the study showed that the level of contributions of social media to the promotion of citizenship of Kuwaiti university youth was high , and that the indicators of the contributions of social media which are the most associated to the promotion of citizenship among Kuwaiti university youth were : ( participation , communication , and  finally interaction ) . The results also showed that the level of aspects was high in terms of citizenship promotion of Kuwaiti university youth through social media , and that the most important aspects were : ( loyalty and state engagement , equality , rights and duties , and finally participation in the national work ) . The results showed a statistically direct relationship at a significant level (0.01) between the contributions of social media and the promotion of citizenship among Kuwaiti university youth . The results of the study also revealed a statistically significant correlation between the age of the students and their ability to determine the level of contributions of social media in the promotion of citizenship among Kuwaiti university youth. The value of Pearson coefficient is (0.605) which is statistically significant at (0.01) . There was also a statistically significant correlation between the age of female students and their ability to determine the level of contribution of social media in the promotion of citizenship among Kuwaiti university youth . The value of the Pearson coefficient was (0.614) which is statistically significant at (0.01) . The results revealed a statistically significant correlation between the age of the students and their definition of the level of promotion of citizenship among Kuwaiti university youth through the social media . The value of Pearson coefficient (0.654) is statistically significant at (0.01) , and there is a statistically significant direct correlation between the age of female students and their determination to the level of promotion of citizenship among Kuwaiti university youth through social media . The Pearson coefficient (0.508) is statistically significant at (0.01) , meaning that the higher the age of male and female students, the higher their ability to determine the level of contributions of social media, as well as their determination of the level of promotion of citizenship among Kuwaiti university youth through social media . The results of the study also showed that there is no statistically significant correlation between some demographic variables for students and their level of contribution of social media in enhancing the citizenship of Kuwaiti university youth as well as determining the level of citizenship . This means that the level of contribution of social media to the promotion of citizenship among Kuwaiti university youth as a whole, as well as the level of promotion of citizenship among university youth as a whole , is not different depending on some demographic variables for students (social status and age) , but varies with different colleges . The results showed that there are a set of obstacles that limit the contribution of social media in the promotion of citizenship among the Kuwaiti university youth . The obstacles include : First obstacle : The lack of knowledge of some university youth regarding the constitution and the law with an average of (2.68) , the second obstacle is the political strife in the social media weakens the values of citizenship among the university youth with an average of (2.6) , followed by the third obstacle , the electronic crimes law , which restricts university youth from expressing their opinion through social media for fear of legal accountability with an average of (2.59) , then the fourth obstacle is the interest of the university administration in the educational process only with an average of (2.57) . Finally , the study comes out with several recommendations and proposals concerning the promotion of citizenship  of Kuwaiti University Youth and the extent of Contributions of Social Media sites in this regard
