The aim of the research is to identify the organizational excellence according to the ISO standards for the deans of the governmental colleges in the University of Baghdad province from the point of view of their assistants as well as the construction of a proposed training program for the organizational superiority of the deans of the universities, This is why research is determined by the deans of faculties of the six universities in Baghdad governorate. The research community consists of the assistants of the deans (5.2). The sample was (180) and (88%). The sample was characterized by random method; the researcher used the questionnaire to reach the results of the research. The statistical means used were the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation equation the second choice for two independent samples and the second choice for one sample. The results found that the reality of the organizational superiority of the deans was of a medium degree and therefore they need training. Therefore, a proposed training program was prepared for the deans; the researcher reached a number of conclusions and recommendations.
