أثر استعمال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في التحصيل الدراسي لطلبة کلية القانون في الجامعات العراقية

This study aims to identifying the effect of the using of social networking sites in the achievement of the students of the Faculty of Law in the Iraqi universities from the point of view of the students. The research society consists of( 141) students from the faculties of law at the universities of Baghdad, Basra and Kirkuk. The researcher used descriptive analytical method in his research, and the researcher built a questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraph in two areas (the field of positive effects of social networking sites) and (the field of negative effects of social networking sites). And by using the appropriate statistical methods, the researcher reached the result of the negative impact of the social networking sites on the academic achievement of the students of the Faculty of Law, which leads to their concern about the study and not to employ them to these sites in the correct manner. Therefore, students spend more time on the Internet and devote less time to study, and the hours they spend On the Internet will be at the expense of their level of education.
